Hello, 

I am looking for a AMD FX Processor. 

The FX-8320E is the cheapest out of the 3 choices, can I just OC that to match the 8350 frequency to get on par performance while saving money to get the 8350? 

or get the 8320, OC to the level of 8350 and call it a day?

Get the cheapest one and OC it is my recommendation

But you need a good CPU cooler, don't use the one that comes with it

By the way is there any specific reason for you to buy a FX cpu? Those things are quite old apparently

FX-8320 because the FX-8350 is from same bin... (not sure about 8320E tough) ;)

You need a board with 6+2 VRM minimum and the stock cooler should be fine up to around 4.4 to 4.6GHz max. (depends on luck...)

If it is a new FX box then you get a great cooler out of the box and you wont need any better unless you get a 990FX chipset and aims for 4.7GHz+ OC and a AIO water cooler! :D (stock cooler is almost equal to the 212 Evo)

All of those are the same, just different clock speeds and voltages. Though theoretically the 8350 should OC best.
