Mic turns itself down on Skype

kgorringe

When in skype, If I talk too loud (which I do) my skype microphone volume would turn itself down automatically.

I unchecked "Automatically Adjust Microphone Settings"

I changed "Reduce volume of other sounds by 80%" to "Do Nothing"

Im needy.

This only happens in Skype, in discord it does not.

You could always for a quick fix use "Microphone Boost". If you need a tutorial on how to do this let me know :).

Motivation is where, and what you make of it.

Reinstalled Realtek drivers, and reinstalled razor surround pro.

Shouldn't make a difference, should it?

Try this on all recording devices you have.

Did you do it to every recording device?

Motivation is where, and what you make of it.
