950 sli vs 960 vs 970

What is better(970 obviously)? I am only worried about vram. I am only getting a $150 or less monitor. What games would i really need 4gb of vram. Id prefer to stick to not a 970 but if i really felt compelled i might consider it

The 970 doesn't even have 4 gigs of vram but almost no games are going to come close to using that much unless you are cranking the settings on games like GTA V or Shadow of Mordor. but because the 970 has  faster overall gpu core they will run better. If you have the money get the 970.

He's saying that you need a 4 gig card because if OP got a 2 gig card he would hit the VRAM limit all the time.
