Helping friend plan new build need help

Hey guys I'm trying to help my friend put together a gaming pc. He also wants to I guess do some video editing but with his budget I don't know. He also wants to try some streaming too. Alright here's the info

1080p Gaming

Budget $800 USD

PC partpicker list we put together

I just want to know if there is anything that would be a better choice /  save money so he can spend it elsewhere on CPU / GPU.  He says he's not interested in overclocking but maybe he might in the future. This will be his first build. Anyways any suggestions would be great, trying to build the best bang for the buck pc for 1080p gaming with 800 USD.

Video editing under 800 will most likely involve AMD FX CPUs.

If your friend wants to overclock then put in a little extra cash and get the 6600K

Unless if you want to upgrade your rig within a year or so I would recommend getting a less overkill PSU and use the money saved from there to get a better graphics card.

If he is mostly doing gaming however, then the current CPU is powerful enough.

Also, where is the Hard drive?

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.

no need for cpu cooler on locked chip, it comes with a stock cooler. i wouldnt spend more on a samsung ssd at this budget, though its up to you. no need for such an expensive mobo either. wait for the rx 480, that will offer much better price to performance. and windows can be bought for $30 on kinguin

Also I know that 650w is overkill but I don't like to skimp out on picking a PSU. Do you guys have any suggestions on power supply's?

Something like a cx grey or xfx ts 550w would be more than enough for around $50.
