Motherboard: ASRock H170M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

GPU: GTX 1080 (when it comes out)

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue  1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

What's the monitor? Spending $700 (or whatever it's going to cost) is a crapload for a GPU in that build. It's not very balanced, and if you're just going for standard 1080p, you don't need the horsepower.

You should be getting an i7 with that GPU; I would even suggest getting a "K" model with a "Z" chipset mobo to do some overclocking on with a decent CPU cooler.

Everything looks good, I would suggest either going down to a 1070 or 480X so you could get a decent SSD unless you needed the extra performance of the GTX 1080 or R9 490X. Then perhaps still try to get an SSD, I also am not too sure about the WD Blue though it should be fine if it wasn't going to be your boot drive.
