Looking for an affordable laptop!

Hey guys, im currently on the lookout for an affordable laptop (<$600) that can run some light CAD work. I have my eyes on the Asus VivoBook E403sa (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/ASUS-VivoBook-E403-Signature-Edition-Laptop/productID.608755200). My only gripe with it is i've heard that it isnt full 1080p, instead its 1300x768. I havent been able to confirm this nor the fact that if the ram is removable. If you guys have any suggestions let me know!

I don't think it will do well in even very light CAD work, but if this 2012/2013 model is anything to go by (U38N, 1080p IPS touchscreen), then if that one should have the rated 1080p screen. That's 1 area manufacturers don't screw around with. Refresh rate on the other hand is a bit different.

i dont think its even a 2012/13 model, im fairley sure it came out recently in the past month or so.

My main point is that the screen will be as stated, 1080p
