I'd personally swap the GTX 970, for an R9 390.

WAIT FOR GTX 1080/1070! 970/980 prices will plummet and they will be all over eBay/Craigslist and the GTX 1070/1080 will perform way better (1.5-3x)

I would get a less overkill power supply and a better value case and use the spare money for a ssd boot drive (60-120gb)
