so as above I tried running csgo at 720p lowest on an a4 4000 with 8gb ram and a gtx 260 and its a stuttery lagy mess when there are people with core 2 duos running it at 60. why? (no its not ping)

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

check your gpu usage during gameplay with msi afterburner, if you have less than 90% usage on your gpu then your cpu is the bottleneck otherwise its your gpu

its cpu for deffs... gpu is only like 60%
