GTX 1080 Waterblocks

Will there be waterblocks avaliable for the 1080 by retailers like ek at launch or does it usually take a while?  if it takes a while, how long?

We don't know, the cards aren't out yet. But it's very likely that they are going to come out with blocks for the cards.
