Suddently Stucked and Bugging

Hello,I'm sorry if i'm off topic and i'm sorry if my english were bad but i'll do my best to explain the problem.

 

Just now i watched some videos.As the video goes on my monitor turns black and glitching sounds in the background.It happens to me everytime i play games or surfing the web.

i just upgraded into 64 bit last week.

This even happens before i upgraded.

I have to run into this like 5 to 6 times before i can use my computer smoothly.

I'm currently living in Malaysia and i hope anyone can help with my problem. :)
