Will overwatch origins be availible of purchase after the game officially come out?

Just a quick question, I have been playing the beta and liked the game so far.  I don't think that I will preorder it, but would like the items with the origins edition.  Does anyone know if the origins edition is preorder only, or will it be around after the game comes out.

The only pre-order skin is the Noire Widowmaker skin.  The 5 Origin skins and other digital items will be in the Origins Edition after launch.
