Logitech G900 not connecting wirelessly

Just got a G900 and its not connecting wirelessly to either my laptop or desktop. Wired connection is fine, but when I go to connect it, it tells me to 'please wake up or power on your device'. Don't suppose many people have G900's, but if anyone has any ideas, that would be great.
