Logitech G900 Mouse Router Distance?

Go to solution Solved by Moonzy,

im guessing it wont matter, its just recommended you dont put anything thats emitting radiowaves between the receiver and mouse, not necessarily a must

I just bought a Logitech G900 wireless mouse and as I was reading the quickstart guide I saw this.

It has no words but I'm guessing it says the receiver needs to be at least 60cm+ from any sort of router?

My router is about 40-50cm from my mouse. Is this going to mess up the hardware?

P.S. the crappy mouse on the desk is my old wireless mouse =P

Thanks!

interference maybe. Biggest mistake was spending $150 on that mouse

whys that?

Because you can't use it unless you place your router at least 2 feet away from it. 3 feet that's 1 meter to be safe. And you seem to be the very first person who actually looks at the manual, cause I can't seem to find anyone with the same question at Logitech's forum. Maybe asking them over there will get better responses.

I'm actually returning it. I didn't like it.

As someone who uses a claw-fingertip style this mouse is completely incompatible.

The left and right buttons are far too forward and I can't click near the bottom of the buttons where my fingers normally rest.

(Comparing it to my deathadder 2013). Probably going to get a chroma, since I don't like heavy mice (G502)

The sensor and clicking on the G900 was fantastic though, just those buttons :c
