Need help finding an old game,thanks in advance :)

The game in question is a vehicular truck driving shooter,the details are as fallows,the game is set in a diffrent setting than the real world in a apocalyptic manner,it is open world with a mission based story line,there is no on foot gameplay so it is vehicle only,it was made before 2012,you drove around finding and buying cargo to later sell it to upgrade your own truck,it had shooting aspects as in diffrent weapons and parts for your truck,that is all i can think off of the top of my head,if you need any more details ask,

Was it a PC exclusive? Interstate 76 or Interstate 82?
