I'd try to aim for a Skylake i3 if you can afford it (keeping in mind that it will require new DDR4). Any LGA1150/LGA1151 (depending on whether you go Haswell or Skylake) from Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, or Asrock is perfectly good -- so I would go with whichever has the specifics that you need (outputs, looks, etc...). They're basically all equally good.

i have been wondering to a point weather which one will be good

(i'm upgrading from ivy-bridge)

for the skylake side

-Intel Pentium G4400 3.30 GHz Skylake(can this even be overclocked?)

-Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H

-(as for the memory i still can't decide pls help me choose, with regard to being cheap but equal to 8GB,also with mind to getting a better cpu)

http://dynaquestpc.com/product-category/memory-ram/memory-ram-lodimm/ddr4-2400-2666-3200/

for the haswell side

-Intel Pentium G3258 3.20GHz (Dual Core) Anniversary Edition (limited stocks so i am rushing)(planning to overclock if needed)

-Asus Z97M-Plus Motherboard

-(i'm reusing my g-skill ripjaws 4x2GB)

pls give me reasons on which to pick

THNX

I'd upgrade to an Ivy Bridge i5 instead.

Oh. That's Sandy Bridge, not Ivy Bridge. And clocked quite a bit lower than some of the Ivy Bridge Pentiums.

The G3258 might be worth upgrading to, but I'd suggest looking around for a used Core i3 or even i5 for your current motherboard.

anything that's compatible with lga1155 is either discontinued or second hand (people can't trust second hand here)

What are you specifically using the computer for?

I would probably recommend going with an i3 and a cheap h81/h170 board rather than a pentium and a Z97/Z170 board.

Even a locked i3 is better than a heavily overclocked pentium in most cases. And even the cheapest H81 board has nearly all the same functionality as a top of the line Z170 board -- most of the extra functionality are things you will never need/use (M.2, SLI, and overclocking support are the big ones -- none of which make any sense if you're getting a Pentium).

Snip

I'll show you the 500$ build, which i did for myself and i can tell you that it can run games on 1080p w/o problem.

CPU : i3 6100 3.7 Ghz

Motherboard : MSI H110 Gaming

RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)

GPU : EVGA GeForce GTX 670 SuperClocked 4 GB (This one i bought on eBay for 121$, it was used one and it works well)

Case : Tesseract BF

Storage : Kingston HyperX 240GB // HDD 500GB (These ones i had bought before, that's where i made money saving.)

PSU : EVGA 700 B1 80+ Bronze (That's overkill , i made a mistake. You can just get EVGA 500w one and it will be more than enough)

Cooling : Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212

think about this, grab some money and build similar rig.
