I'm gonna be doing DIY liquid cooling solution for my 2 780s from MSI, but these solutions don't cover the VRM and VRAM cooling unfortunately, and was recommended some small heatsinks and adhesive to glue them to the pieces that need to be cooled. Will this work? I really need to liquid cool my cards, but I'm not sure what to do about the VRM/VRAM. Suggestions?

EDIT: For anyone who recommends the Kraken G10 bracket, I don't think it'd fit between my top card and bottom card, and I only have 2 GPU slots to use, so I can't separate them further. They're stuck together.

if you really need to watercool them and you are not able to get or fit full cover blocks you need decent size heatsinks for every single memory chip and vrm module. you will need adhesive that is supposed to be used to conduct heat like this one for example: https://www.reichelt.de/?ARTICLE=38063&PROVID=2788&wt_mc=amc141526782519998&gclid=CjwKEAjw3fG4BRDsn9GAv7T2zEkSJACNJdjgy4PhUO5jtc7SqA14GqDuYyCWDDEvEvUkmPLJoUYtRBoCDLbw_wcB

You really have to be careful when glueing the heatsinks to the graphicscards so the heatsinks wont come off of the chips and vrm moduls. if they do they can fall of the one card and short out the card under it. I have done it and I have not done it properly so they came off. nothing broke but if it does you have to reapply the heatsinks right away.

May I ask why you need to watercool them?

                                                                                      wow... pretty empty here...

My top card reaches the point of throttling which is 80c, in more intensive games I play, due to having less airflow with a card below. And this is at 1080p. GTA 5 and Witcher 3 are 2 of my favorite games right now, and they're the games that reach the highest temperatures of my GPUs, at around 83c. And not only this, but I plan on getting a 1440p, 144Hz, G-Sync monitor in the near future, so with a higher res, I'm certain I'll be getting higher temps, so water cooling is the only solution. The man himself, Linus, turned me on to this idea with a video he made over on NCIX Tech Tips (uploaded sometime last year), and he showed people how to jerry-rig an Antec H20 KUHLER 650 onto a 970, but since he did this without a bracket, (He used zipties that went through the screw holes) that left the VRM/VRAM un-cooled. And I considered the G10, but I'm almost certain it won't fit between my 2 cards.

Yes, i have seen that video. but everything a g10 is doing is adapting any watercooling unit by asetek that fits to your gpu.
It will be 50mm from the pcb of your gpu to the lower edge of the g10 adapter.

if you have atleast about 50mm from the pcb of the upper gpu to the pcb of the lower one you'll be golden.

Hmm, I don't know about you, but it's hard to tell. I don't know how much space will be there once I take the stock cooler off the card, but maybe you can take a look and tell me what you think

So, i measured a soundcards as well as a graphicscards height. looks like you got about 58mm and you only need around 50mm.
Buddy you're good to go . also here are some pictures that show it work:

Have fun installing your watercooling gear :)
g10 will 100% guaranteed fit as long as you can mount those radiators

I can manage the rads. I also read some reviews for these, saying that they were lacking in the VRAM cooling area, so that was also a concern. Will that fan be enough?

Nzxt would have never sold them if it didnt work. If you are not overclocking the shit out of those 780s it will not be a problem. But if you are worried about that there is still the corsair hydro hg10 n780 wich will provide a mono-heatsink for all those vrms and vrams.
As I just found out msi is using the reference pcb-layout for that exact card wich means the corsair hg10 does infact fit on your card. But it costs more.
That is all you need to know
nzxt g10: cheap, no heatsinks, will work
Corsair hg10 n780: more expensive, heatsinks for everything, will work

That's a huge load off my shoulders knowing I can do this without applying my own heatsinks on every little module. It most certainly has helped! More than you know. Some other questions if you don't mind; I'm not entirely sure if I wanna go the Antec KUHLER route, or go with the Kraken X31 and couple it with the G10. I see you have NZXT coolers. How are they? I was watching some videos on NZXT's YouTube about installing this cooler, and the guy doing the installation said I had to install the software first before plugging in the USB headers, or otherwise it'd give me problems? If the Antec KUHLER is just plug-n-play, that'd be my preferred route over messing with software. Was the installation for yours easy enough?

glad i could help.
I had a corsair h60 but i can tell you the most all-in-one watercooling-solutions are made by Asetek and then rebranded by nzxt, antec, corsair and others.
If you want to buy the g10 you need to use a cooler that has the round asetek design with the little cut outs all around it like in the following picture: http://www.rigged.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Water-3.0-Wasserblock.jpg

examples for fitting units are on nzxts website:

Compatibility - AIO Liquid Coolers NZXT : Kraken X61, Kraken X41, Kraken X31, Kraken X60, Kraken X40
Corsair : H105, H110, H90, H75, H55 , H50 (CW-9060006-WW only)
Antec : KUHLER H2O 920V4, KUHLER H2O 620V4, KUHLER H2O 920, KUHLER H2O 620
Thermaltake : Water 3.0 Extreme, Water 3.0 Pro, Water 3.0 Performer, Water 2.0 Extreme, Water 2.0 Pro, Water 2.0 Performer
Zalman : LQ-320, LQ-315, LQ-310

Some manifacturers use led lighting and special software to controll the pump and some other stuff. it will not give you much of an advantage over more affordable options because they are mostly the exact same unit just with different name and pricetag :) The most options are just plug and play. just look at the pictures and see what kind of cables there are. there should only be 2 cables. Both standard fan cables. 1 or both 4 or 3 pin.
Also the Corsair HG10 is supposed to be used with corsair watercoolers but i guess it will work with others too, but i am not sure and would not risk that.
Edit. the installation is very easy if you can read the instructions or a video on how to insatall the g10. the HG 10 will be a little bit more complex but is definately "easy" too.

I think I'm definitely gonna go with the NZXT G10. So what cooler do you think will have the easiest installation? I don't see the Antec 650 up there though :/

The antec 650 is not listed because it doesnt fit. just get the cheapest of the listed compatible units. even if it has a usb connector it will be easy. It will work without the software but you should install it anyways once you finished installing the coolers.
You have to choose for your own because I have to sleep now. its 2:33 in the morning and i am a little tired :)

Remember: There are now questions regarding this that cant be answered with a little thinking or the help of google.
Have a nice evening/day/mornign
bye buddy
