Intel Xeon X5460 DDR3 Compatibility

Since the motherboard has the memory controller inside the Northbridge, the CPU does't determine if it supports DDR3. Just look for a motherboard that is LGA775/771 and has DDR3 support listed.

Oh thanks, I didn´t know that. So i just need mobo that has compatible chipset right?

Yep. Although DDR3 mobo aren't any where near as common as DDR2 boards when it comes to LGA775/771
