Dual Monitor HELP!

I currently have a problem that I have no idea what to do to try to fix it. When I was playing games suddenly when I alt tab both of my monitors started going crazy. one screen was flashing white and the other one was a solid gray color. When I restarted my computer i was sitting with a gray screen on one monitor and the other one was also gray. After i unplugged on of my monitors from my graphics card then the monitor that was plugged in was working fine. Right when I plug in the 2nd monitor though everything went back to a solid color for both monitors... Any ideas for fixes?

almost certainly a gpu issue

that monitor problem can be caused by a faulty gpu

Are you using a 364.xx driver? If so, downgrade (say, 362.00 or 361.xx)and try again; plenty of reports of dual monitor setups acting weird with those last few driver releases.
