No issues here - when you cap the fps at 60, the GPU doesn't need to work as hard and since this game is barely taxing, you get that result. Unless the game is stuttering then there is no reason to worry

Well either way you have Vsync enabled, so the framerate won't exceed 60 even without the cap.

Does this problem happen in other games?

Or is GPU-Z more fun than that soccer game?

i don't have other game install in my computer because of my slow internet it will took me 14 hours to download other game -_-

i try CineBench r15 OpenGL but the result are the same.. :(

You are fine. That's how the GPU regulates itself - is the game running smoothly?

Go to the first tab in GPU-Z

Click on the ? next to the Bus Interface reading

Start a render test (doesn't matter if its windowed)

Go back to the Sensors tab in the main window

Look at the load reading

So the graphic card is in good shape ?

Grab a multimeter and check the +12V rail - the minimum it should be is 11.4 and maximum 12.6 - anything bellow or above those is dangerous

It will damage your system if it is indeed that low. Check with a digital multimeter using the PCIe connectors

That is similar to what i get in Fifa15, it just Fifa and AMD card.

Don't use FRTC because it could make stutters even worst in Fifa games.
