Looks nicer than the original (as one would expect from a 2.0 version). However I do despise open cases as they will looks like this within a week:

Even my PC doesn't get that bad, and I smoke next to it. I mean yeah, I clogged up my radiator and it's permanently stained, but it didn't have giant handfulls of dust like that.

Well it was kind of a joke image xD I've never seen anything like that in my life. Point being that open cases will draw in dust, and let out more noise compared to a closed case. Would love to see them make a tiny sfx based itx version of the 901 series. That case looks amazing.

Like In Win's designs, but their cases aren't for me personally.

Oh hell yes, Ill buy one as soon as it comes out...it looks like they are also doing a custom PSU similar to the H Frame 2.0. Im also happy it has accents in my favorite color, not sure about the chrome, would love a flat black all over with the yellow accents.

I thought it would be like this when i bought this case but that's actually completely false, most of the dust build up in case is due to the fact you are forcing air into it to cool components, now the problem is all the particulate matter has a rather hard time filtering out unlike air which goes through even the tiniest of gaps. With my Dframe I only have two fans...and even those I dont even need them I just like the bottom fan mounts populated and there is no worry about hot spots as there is no place for heat to build up. Theres not even much of a surface area for dust to gather on, most just falls clean through.

Ill admit it does not offer protection, but Im not the type that shoves the pc under a desk or runs the risk of spilling something in it.

Found a better picture with more even lighting, I couldn't make out in the original if the two tone was a full silver chrome that was just probably reflecting the color of overhead lighting or if the chrome had a gold tinge to it. It looks like its a two tone black and gold. Though i will say the yellows are not as pronounced in this picture....might just be the individual cameras.

From closer inspection and some digging it looks like there is also native 360mm radiator support, which is a nice addition as the original D frame didn't have any water-cooling support at all (save for a single 120mm rad, but im not counting that as an air cooler would be better at that point).

sorry i let this thread rot i will update it right now. The case supports graphics cards up to 415mm thats a little over 16 inches. 360 rad on the top. It will retail at 1000 usd or 1500 if you want the custom psu that matches

boitier in-win d-frame 2 0

boitier-in-win-d-frame-2-0-1.jpg boitier-in-win-d-frame-2-0-2.jpg

the psu finish is a bit strange. It looks industrial. But note that this appears to be the same psu that comes with the h frame 2.0 just with a different top.

I have working in a computer store a customer came in with a computer from like 2007 and it had never been cleaned in 8 years, so i used an air compresser ( low pressure) and went at it for a good 15-20 minutes...and it still wasent clean ugh....

I love In Win designs but holy crap those prices...

I personally don't think blowing up 1k or even 3.5k for their signature model is worth it at all. They look cool, yeah, but with that I can do insane stuff to push performance further.

If I were a millionaire... I wouldn't mind lol.

You're right. Still professional modders tend to build their own chasi. Nonetheless, this one looks freaking amazing.
