S4 GT-I9505 WiFi and Bluetooth problem

Hello everyone, 

So recently my stock S4 GT-I9505 got a problem, wifi and bluetooth are turning themselfs off every time I try to turn them on.

It became so frustrating I rooted the phone and even installed a custom rom (ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.6.7-20160409-jfltexx), but nothing helped yet.  

I don't have any problems with the phone, except the wifi and the bluetooth.

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. That'd happen if you had internal cables loose. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use the same radio so their problems often go hand in hand if they're HW-related.

It all happened after Samsung updated their web browser lately, I hope it's not hw-related
