Best way to use a Elgato hd60 pro PCIe

So I want to buy this for my pc but my new gpu blocks it from being installed. Is there a way to wire rout the slot out of pc so I can use It. Also is there a external case I could put it in? I know they make things like this for gpu's to use on laptops but didn't know of it would work for this situation.

CASE---> Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case
PSU----> Rosewill 450W power supply

 

Also, any opinions on how I can better improve my current pc Config would be great too.

that would make my card not fit in the io shield though.

hd 60 pro bitrate is  60 mbps and hd 60 is 40 mbps
