What power supply to get for working on PC's

Here is what I need

 

1) At least 400-500w

2) Modular (Preferred to save clutter on my desk)

3) £35 or less (Very tight budget I know. May be able to go to £45)

4) Quiet

 

I am going to be using it to test various pc's.
