70°C safe for Folding?

for me, as long as its below 75 celcius for intel chips,

i'll probably be fine running it 24/7

 

but make sure the temp is stable and isnt still rising

i5-4440

no brand cpu fan

no other fans and third of a tower case (idk what they're called)

I'm folding and my cpu is getting around 70°C on 100% on all cores

I've set my folding to highest priority for all cores and such

Is this a safe temperature?

I've been doing it for 5 mins and not one core has reaced above 74°C

a core rached above 73°C to 74°C :P still hasn't reached 75°C though
