I can tell you my 2+ year old Zowie FK1 has definite signs of wear. The left click is much much weaker. The clicks do not feel or sound as crisp as the right click. The plastic housing above the switches is also noticeably lower, the gap between the plastic is lower on the left side than on the right.

Mostly from TF2, I do not use m2 as jump.

3 years is a solid run for a mouse I'd say.

Now bring out a ZA11+, Zowie. I love the ZA but I want it wider.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

For around 16cm hands and hybrid fingertip/palm grip, should I get the FK1+? How much of a problem is the thin body on the FK1/2?

16cm is considered on the lower side of hand size. The FK1+ is intended for people with larger hands.

I would suggest the FK2, EC2-A, ZA13 if you are specifically targeting Zowie mice.

If you are worried about width of the mouse (too skinny), then the EC2-A might be a slightly better choice. It has slightly extra material on the right for extra grip width. The EC2-A is the smaller of the EC-A mice, so you can palm it and fingertip grip will benefit from the lighter weight, although it is still quite average compared to other sub 70 gram mice such as the Ninox Aurora (but of course, that mouse itself has other issues).

If you are after another company such as Logitech, the G303 would be a better suit for you compared with the massive (and heavy) G502 and G900. G303's shell is claw/fingertip exclusive, palming it is near impossible, feedback of the shell range from "meh, I can deal with it" to "I'M SUFFERING FROM RSI NOW, HELP ME". The G502 and G900 100+ gram weight will prevent effective fingertip grip for most.

Or... if you want to wait, FinalMouse claim to be releasing the Scream One with a 3360 some time in late May. It is noteworthy that they claimed it would be in late March awhile ago... then it changed to early April... then it changed to 24-25 April... and now it is late May... Yes, they are rather new to the market and do not have the financial backings of previous projects unlike other companies, but still... This pushing back reminds me of the GTA V PC launch.

I am not pretending to be an expert, unlike a lot of people on these sorts of forums, always read more advice, do not take my advice alone.

I suggest here.
