Decisions..Decisions..Want some opinions!

Hey LTT!

I recently build a new PC! Inside this gorgeous thing it has two 980 Ti Hybrids.

I have been gaming on a 1080p 27'' TV for the longest time, with a 1280x1024 (I think) secondary monitor. I wanted to get some new monitors obviously with my new build. I wanted at least 2 monitors, so I decided to at least get a new secondary monitor. I bought the Asus PB258Q 1440p IPS 60hz monitor. And boy oh boy,, have I been missing out on a lot. This monitor looks amazing, especially gaming! Since I haven't made a decision for a primary monitor, I'm currently using my PB258Q as my primary with my 1080p TV as my secondary.

Though while I've been using this PB258Q, I've absolutely been enjoying it like crazy. Seems like I can't go back to 1080p haha. I was going to for sure get a primary monitor and then make the PB258Q as my secondary, but I've been hesitating lately, just because this monitor seems so nice.

Obviously, it will be used primarily for gaming. I have never experienced a high refresh rate or G-sync monitor, so I'm not sure how drastic the improvement is.

I'm not too sure if I should keep this PB258Q as my main, and then get another 1440p monitor for my secondary instead of my TV....OR.....if I should still get a primary monitor.

I wanted to know what you guys thought. Specifically would it be worth to pay for those extra features? If I did go that route, I would most likely either get the Asus PG279Q or Asus PG348Q (Once there's a release date)/Acer X34.

Even if I were to get a new primary, I'm extremely torn between those.

I'd really appreciate if I could have any input! I know you're not me, but every little bit helps in the decision making process!

anything less than 4k is a waste with two 980 ti's.

Get a 4k monitor for your primary.

3440x1440 would be perfect, 4K is useless.
