spam Hacked gmail and spam in

Hello,i have this spam emails and they are about webcams and that stuf...... If you can help me get rid of them because spam gmail isnt doing its job and they cant steal anything because thats my free games gmail so no worries about that.I just need to look at the promotions and stuff and when something finished on a game.I ran malware bytes and got a hit on this

I just said to you he hacked it someway,idk if he got on my wifi but its wpa and i didnt give my account,anyways why would i give my account to kings of empire,and those managment games.I repeat i didnt give it,if you want to help ok i am gratefull but if you want to teach me you dont have to because i know it already

Is it possible to switch to a new email address and some how sync it with all your accounts?
