Sennheiser G4ME Zero on MSI Z97 GAMING 5

Hello everyone!

Recently I started looking into getting myself a new headset, due to my current one is fairly old and kind of damaged. (Steelseries Siberia V3 Prism)

I have been looking at some headsets in the price-range of 100$ - 230$ (Sorry if this is inaccurate, converted SEK to USD) and this is what I found the most interesting:

  • Sennheiser GAME Zero
  • Sennheiser PC 363D

I know there are thousands of headsets out there for much less. But I want something that is of good quality, has really good sound and has a good microphone.
Ofcourse if you have any suggestions, you are more than welcome to post it down below! :)

But the question I have about the Sennheiser GAME Zero is that alot of poeple are talking about getting a sound card with these headphones, due to that they have alot of impedance(?), 150 Ohm.
Should I get the GAME Zero without a soundcard and it will be fine, or should I look into other headsets, such as the PC 363D?

Thanks in advance!
- Oskar

You shouldn't have any issues at all.

Also, that impedance rating was an error, that has since been corrected on the Sennheiser website.
