The 750W PSU you recommended is €158 and that's too expensive for me. But I don't plan to upgrade for a long time so I'm going with the PSU I have now. But if you have cheaper recommendations, I would love to read them. Btw, I meant PSU. xD Good you noticed.

the psu you chose was great to begin with anyway

the one i recommended is in the top tier category lol

Next week I'm planning on building the build mentioned below. Are there any parts I should replace?

You probably save some money on the mobo. Other than that the build looks great.

Don't be fooled by the bottom line of my sig, that is just for my travels.

So you're telling me that Gaben is no God? Enough of your foolishness.

My hardware you ask? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 3217 Notebook... With an LG 25UM57.

If you intend to uprade in the future you might want to get a better PSU, otherise that's so close to my own build that it's creepy to be honest

SMSL SD793II AMP/DAC - Schiit Magni 3 / PCPP

Old Rig

no major sins committed

but

Spoiler

1) get a beefier cooler if you wanna overclock more and stay low temps

2) maybe get a faster ram, 2133mhz is bare bottom, try getting 2666 or smth

3) try getting a 850 evo ssd, its more reliable and faster, though yours is fine

4) a 2tb wd blue offers a better value

5) could've picked a better psu like the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W or P2 650W if you're planning on expanding

well you can go ahead with your current build, these are just my thoughts

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

What PSU would you recommend? Not something too expensive please.

cpu purely for gaming, the 6600k would do just fine

if you meant psu, the EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650W will be superb for your current build

but if you wanna add another 390 in the future, get a 750W version of the P2

The 750W PSU you recommended is €158 and that's too expensive for me. But I don't plan to upgrade for a long time so I'm going with the PSU I have now. But if you have cheaper recommendations, I would love to read them. Btw, I meant PSU. xD Good you noticed.
