Interestingly enough, my fidelity was raised by .1 and about a third less frames were dropped after disabling steam overlay and fps counter.

Also the fps-counter never dropped below 100.

The attached image is from the run without overlay.

I don't think it's very CPU heavy and the difference of 0.1 could just be due to something in the background running or the OS or something like that. Two PCs with exactly the same parts and OS can run differently too because of those kind of things

My poor machine. Has done me well for 3 years, Shame the Processor cannot be used in another Socket. I would love to upgrade the whole system but no monies! 

Edit: Pushed the Framerate up in EVGA Precision X and get a little better. I am sure I could overclock but this card like running HOT in personal experience.6e8TjNI.png.7cc516e5c89f5ddb8dfea2a6a464
