Ryzen 1600 @3.7Ghz

GTX1060 6GB

Corsair Vengence DDR4 @2933Mhz it's a 2666mhz kit.

I'm having a very strange issue, I have 1262 frames cpu bound and I don't know why, and no one else seems to have this problem. Does anyone have any idea where I need to look in my system to fix this?

Hello. I have a GTX Titan Z graphics card and it showed me this results. No frames dropped below 90 and the fps on my steam showed continious average 130 fps and. Can anyone tell me if I will be able to run HTC Vive on my system or not? I'm just worried to buy the Vive and not be able to use it without upgrading the GPU.

Here is the result i got.

Were you able to run VR system on your computer? Were there any issues or lags?

Just upgraded to a completely new system for video editing just before Christmas. My old one was very capable when I bought it but not quite VR ready.

Rig name KingstonOne
Cpu i7 8086 limited edition 12 core
Gpu GTX1070ti 4.01GHz
Ram 16 GB 3200 DDR4 RAM
Score OPEN GL - 136.18 FPS  CPU - 1392

Of course, I had to get an Oculus Rift to go with it. Runs great on this system.

Valve claims that only 9.4% of current gaming rigs are ready for VR... but as that number is based on the results of the Steam Hardware Survey, we don't think that it paints an accurate picture of the proportion of gaming PCs that are ready for VR that people actually intend to use for VR gaming.

So, being a part of this awesome forum community full of enthusiasts, we decided to see if we could paint a more accurate picture of the current state of the "VR for PC" market.

If you plan on using your gaming PC for VR, please take part in this test. Run the SteamVR Performance Test that Valve currently has available (through steam, you can find it at this link), and once you have your results, please do the following:

1. Comment below listing the following specs of your PC:
Rig name
Cpu
Gpu
Ram
Score

2. Add a screenshot of your SteamVR Performance Test results.

3. Answer the poll question in this thread.

And that is all we need! Thanks so much for taking part in this fun little survey - let's see how many of you are truly ready for VR gaming!

If you thought this was cool and want to take part in another fun survey that we have here on the forum, check out @Jumper118's Cinebench R15 thread here.

Cpu:i5 4690k @3.5ghz

Gpu:rtx 2070 gigabyte windforce

Ram:16gb ddr3

Score: average fedelity was 11, frames were somewhere in the 16000s. Ill go get a screenshot when i get home

As for buying a vr headset, i already spent enough money these past couple months on a 1440p 144hz monitor, a gpu, ssd and ram. I think im good(except for the cpu bottleneck

Damn....
