killed dimm slots 3,4

so i was reseting my cpu block last night to try and fix my temp problems (worked kind of) and i went to bed. 

 

this morning i try to boot up and i it just power on off cycles. i start pulling out sticks of ram.

 

long story short the pc will power cycle if dimms 3 or 4 are poplulated but dimms 1 and 2 are fine.

 

i tried with a whole array of ram sticks. 

 

anyway to revive this without getting another new motherboard?

Depends on what the problem is, i wouldn't count on it working again unless you're an expert with a soldering iron tho

Look in the DIMM to see if any pins are odd ones out (bent, not there... you get the idea. ) 

Also, if you can, take the motherboard out and look at the traces on the back.

well new motherboard time it is for you my friend, if you are planing on using more then 2 slots in the future that is atleast

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
