ROC-A radio exam

thedigitaldoctor

Wasn't sure if this belonged here or in the OT section...

I'm looking for someone that administers the ROC-A radio exam in NW Alberta.  When I search the IC page (here: IC ROC Examiner Search) all I seem to get is places that do it as part of flight training.  The local hobby clubs just do Radio Amateur (HAM) exams.

Anyone on here get their ROC-A license from somewhere outside of flight training?  If so, how did you go about finding an examiner?
