What is the output voltage of arduino uno's 9, 10, 11 gpio pins?

Guest

I'm trying to power a RGB Led but it won't even come on so I can only assume I used to much resistance because I didn't know the output voltage. I thought it was 5v but I guess not. So what is the output voltage of arduino uno's 9, 10, 11 gpio pins?

im pretty sure its 5v or 3.3v. depending on which pin you wire to your breadboard.  gpio pins only are for data in my experience correct me if i'm wrong.

It should be 5V.

Edit: There is a pull up resistor for sourcing voltage. This means that it's output has a limited current. The output voltage will also be tied to the supply voltage of the arduino.
