Apacer AS330 Panther Giveaway

Never owned a SSD so this would be a good review for me. Have a lot of games so the price on the higher tier drives are way out of my league right now. I could do an honest review on it though :)

Tfw you're pretty much out of space on your computer

Tfw you are a HDD peasant, never owning an SSD or even an HDD more than 460gb

Tfw even just images in file explorer are a bit slow to load

Tfw broke

Trying to get my parents to upgrade their super super slow PC.  This would really help get them up to "speed" with more modern PC technology!

I'm starting a new build and want to pass on my old system to my roommate so he can join me in the wonderful world of steam. Fingers crossed!

Ok, so my son is autistic, so when he's waiting for the sims to load up, he tornado modes his desk and makes one hell of a mess.  If I won an SSD, I could minimize the devastation.

I would use this to put Solidworks and Autodesk and miscellaneous games on it because Solidworks and Autodesk are absolutely orgasmic off an SSD and don't take about a month to boot up. And everyone should have an SSD for lightning fast porn browsing! ;)

Because why not?

I have one ssd already, and a dying 500gb hdd. Telling me I could be part of the next wave in storage; solid state only storage? That'd be pretty sweet.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

SSDs are the best solution for a slow pc. Whether it's booting or waiting for search results, you can expect a speed increase. They're a bit pricy but they consume less electricity, so you can get your money back through electricity bill savings(might take a while :) ). My rig is an average gaming pc(optimism). The biggest problem is storage space I currently have a 500gb hdd that i salvaged from my laptop, the previous desktop hdd is dead...

So a new SSD for my OS would be amazing!

Thanks for the opportunity.

My laptop I use for school work is running off of a sloooooow 5400 RPM hard drive. I've been looking into getting an SSD to speed it up, but getting an SSD with a decent amount of storage is super expensive. Having a new SSD would be great to give my system a little extra speed to help out while I'm pulling my laptop out to do work around campus!

I am a big fan of Scrapyard Wars and seeing how an ssd impacts the performance greatly, I would love to add one to my recent build. I couldn't have fit one into my build due to the tight budget I had, but this is a great opportunity to get one. I might as well enter, besides, the odds of me winning are around one in... However many people entered, so that gives me a good chance... Right?

I do Music Production and am currently stuck with 350 gig HDD with shittiest speed ever...........that too only 3 Gigs are left on the system.

A new SSD would give me Kickass read/Write speeds and somewhat storage solution !

An upgrade from my 15 year old HDD is long overdue, an SSD ought to my my system faster and safer (from data loss). Good luck to all of you. :)

I've recently turned an older laptop into a home server, and would love to run it off an ssd versus the traditional hard disk it's running on currently. Thanks for the giveaway.

I want a new SSD to store more games on it that'll open quick. I think everybody must have an SSD because it can make any system much faster with boot times and application start time.
