OBS makes full screen applications instantly crash!!!

Crazie_Flash

Okay, so whenever I run any sort of full screen game while OBS is open, it runs for the first 5 seconds, or so, and then it just says "(Application) has stopped working", and then a Close Program button. This happens for Minecraft, NBA 2K16, and Call of Duty It even happened for displaying a slide show full screen. Is there anything that might cause this, and I know it is not my CPU, it must be somthing with OBS, or else it should have just started this problem today. Oh yeah, this just started happening today.

Can you please help me out?

It shouldn't matter, because it just started happening after I changed some settings, but here:

Intel i5 5200u 2.7 GHZ Processor

12 GB DDR3 RAM

1 TB Hard Drive

NVidia GForce 940m

That's all I can list on a laptop basis.

Honestly I think it's your CPU because it's a dual core mobile processors and lacks hyper threading.

Sorry about that, new update is driving me crazy right now, but I think that this might be true, and I am trying to get an i7 6-Core or Quad-Core PC, but it might not be true, because it was working just fine before. Also, the task manager says that everything is fine and my CPU is not being used up, or anything. In fact, I am using non full screen mode right now, and it is working fine right now. It just crashes for no reason. IDK?

I don't have any experience with OBS but if it's working when you're not in fullscreen than it may be OBS, not your laptop.

I know, I'm just trying to figure out the problem with it.
