Single 16GB Laptop DDR3 RAM?

As the heading suggests, I am looking for a single 16gb stick of ddr3 laptop ram for my HP x360 13.

no there are no 16GB DDR3 DIMMs that are non-ECC

You will have a rough time trying to find any soDIMM's with a capacity of 16GB. MAYBE if they are ECC, but that's a whole different ballpark when it comes to laptops, most flat-out don't support it.

 

Your best bet is just to get a 2x8GB kit.

Since I live in Australia, it would cost me about $300 AUD when a single 8gb costs $50 AUD.

 

What laptop do you have anyways? It may have some memory already soldered onto the motherboard. And you might just be better off with getting a single 8GB.

This was said above, but 16Gig sticks are a new thing and they are only DDR4. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
