Can't see through fences at long distances

tugzz

The fences in almost all games become blurry when I am at long distances, it wasn't like this in the past. What can I do to fix this, is my graphics card almost dead?

CPU- I5 4460

GPU- MSI R9 290X LIGHTNING

Stop using FXAA or post process AA at all, turn up mip mapping in CCC.

Turn off all anti aliasing, it is trying to make the lines thicker to make it look better not knowing you have multiple right next to each other causing it to be blocked.

Also, no this is nothing to do with your system, you are good! :P Cheers

I can't find anti- aliasing setting in payday 2 and I use to have all settings max out without those blurry things.

Payday its self doesn't have anti aliasing, it is a setting in your gpu settings

ok, but i can only set AA to a minimum of 2X in my gpu settings, and it makes no difference at all.

Well, im not sure why you cannot turn the setting off. but even lowering it should have fixed it if not then lowered the thickness. i launched the game to check it out and it was fine for me, have you changed any files?

Maybe try reinstalling your drivers?

I've hade similar issues if I remember correctly, but I was just about to do a fresh install of windows anyways and after the clean install everything was fine
