Great key caps, somehow, that color combo seems to work for me......looking forward to getting my Miami set, gonna install the set on my white painted DK9008, want to see whether the color combo is gonna work first, I suck at such stuff. :blink:

Yeah, but only snag is.....whenever I'm going to use the keyboard, I'd have to play the Miami Vice theme. :D Will definitely post pics of it when I get the key caps.... ;)

After I've been lurking on r/MechanicalKeyboards for a while now and a couple of days here, I finally got my first mechanical keyboard, the Ducky Mini w/Browns and White LEDs.

I was worth every penny, well not really since I'm living in Denmark and we use Kroner and Øre, anyway, you know what I mean.

 

I was thinking about getting it with Blues, but changed my mind in the last second, which I haven't regret.

Excellent choice! :wub:   I'd wanted a Ducky Mini myself, but it has ISO layout instead of ANSI, so it's a no go for me, waiting for Poker 2 instead.

Very nice... I'm think I'm gonna get a KBC/VORTEX POKER 2 for christmas or earlier... It's the same as the ducky mini but it doesn't have backlight (at least the model I want) and it's not a ducky...

FINALLY! My Ducky DK2108S Cherry MX Brown with blue backlight arrived thursday and I love it so far. It's my first mechanical keyboard, and the first thing I noticed is that is build like an absolute TANK. Doing a Linus is impossible with this thing for me and I could kill a man with it. Also the color matches with my Roccat Savu/Fractal Design R4/Phillips Subwoofer :D

feng does sell side printed, though mostly PBT so no yellow. There were 2 yellow sets on ebay but neither were complete

It's just finding the right keyboard at the right price!

If there's a local forum in your neck of the woods, it doesn't hurt to check out the Garage/Used hardware section. Was scouring the local one and saw a white Keycool 87 Cherry Brown with white PBT key caps for sale, it's a few months old but hardly used....all for just a smidgen less than 55USD (local $ converted to USD). Needless to say I snagged it w/o a moment's hesitation. This'd be my second Keycool keyboard, they make excellent keyboard for a great price.....will be back with pics of this pale beauty. ;)

Can't remember if I posted this already.  I put the aluminum cover on my Shine 3 with Blue Backlight.  I have to admit though, with the aluminum frame the white backlight is a good match, Ducky made a good call.  But, Blue is my favorite.

Wait a sec, you mean to say you have both a regular DS3 and a YOTS? That's why you have a blue LED YOTS......wonder if this affects the resale value though. Anyway, it looks good but I prefer the original white LED version, got real tired of red and blue LED keyboards.....

Dude, you sure you have a Brown? Browns do NOT make the click sound, only Blue, Green and to a lesser extend White have the 'click' sound....
