Because Xeons don't have iGPUs.

What graphics card work work in that board I have tried every thing from s 650 ti to some old ones Lying around the pci e slot isn't the right generation?

That board doesn't appear to even have a PCIe slot.

Correct, but mobos for 771 and 775 cpus have graphics on the mobo, not on the cpu (no 775 or 771 cpu has onboard graphics). Probably something faulty

Could using the analog bag change anything? I only spent $80 on the parts( the case was more then the whole build, my dad don't want to do start s fire :)

So if I have to reorder it's ok

The mb has integrated ATI ES1000, how do you expect someone to check a server's console or configure it at the place?

OP:

Compatible CPUs, make sure yours are there

  • Quad-Core Intel®

    Xeon®Processor

    5400/5300 sequence

    (Harpertown

    /Clovertown processor)

    up to 3.16 GHz

  • Dual-Core Intel®

    Xeon®Processor 5200/5100/5000

    sequence (Wolfdale

    /Woodcrest/Dempsey processor)

    up to 3.40 GHz

Also if it's needed you'd try to plug a GPU in one of the PCI-e x8 slots, but before that I'd check CPU power requirements.

EDIT: manual JIC there's some jumper/different cable setup

Well I didn't know that. Thanks for the info :)

The CPU is a E5472 which is compatible and I get the 1 beep code

on page 2-25 of the manual it shows how to enable/disable vga. check that it is enabled.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

The VGA cable looks loose, btw.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

Well, If you can't get PCI-e x8 GPU or a riser... check old stuff for PCI cards

Oh, try each CPU alone too JIC

before I give up for k ow my last trying is the post codes say it initialize memory then other lights but the status one says its all good

I reseated and moved the memory around

Just before giving up on the MB, try with one CPU, then if with none of them boots return the MB (if you have such option)

ok thanks
