2nd monitor or 2nd tv?

So my main gaming monitor will be asus rog swift pg279q 2560x1440 and I will add a 2nd monitor/t.v. to be able to stream/watch stuff on the side aswell as play on my ps4 when i wanna switch things up a little bit. 

 

So my question is should my 2nd display be a monitor or decent/good t.v.?
