Maximum safe voltage for ram on haswell?

I am running a 4790k@4.6ghz on a z97 deluxe with hyper x 1866mhz ram that has a stock voltage of 1.5V. I am wondering what is the max voltage I can feed the ram before I run the risk of damaging the ram sticks and the IMC on the cpu permanently. Would 1.7V be safe? How about 1.75V? I am currently running at 1.7V at 2133mhz and cl11, but have not tried optimising the settings further. So far I have compeleted a run of memtest and have not had any errors or crashes

1.7v is fine 24/7

Is it? I read some other forum posts online that said that high voltages might cause the premature degradation of the IMC on the cpu. I just hope that the overvolt will not kill the cpu as I am just a student and do not have enough money for a new cpu so I would want to play it safe
