Dell Dimension 8200 HD and RAM Limit?

My uncle was going to give me a old Dell Dimension 8200 with a Pentium 4, and I think 256MB of RAM. Does anyone know the RAM and hard disk limit for these systems? The computer oriognaly came with Windows XP Home Edition (I am guessing X86).

Yeah, it would be x86.

Found this.

I'd assume that the maximum amount of storage you could have is just how much the ATA standard supports. Taking a look.

You're definitely not going to find anything that recent that it'll support, but I'm finding 60GB and 80GB  desktop drives pretty easily.

EDIT: Used 300GB ones exist. You can get a decent amount of storage.

Sig under construction.
