Oh WOW, didn't see that.

 

Base clock is 350 GHz yet the max clock is 950 MHz ... They inverted it eh.

And? All GPU whether integrated or dedicated have a base clock speed which is then boosted past when the situation demands it. So up to 1.15GHz
