I want to rack mount regular desktops?

TechSquidTV

Hey guys.

I have been toying with the idea of building a desk with a computer built in. I have had an idea for a while, but I also have another Lenovo ThinkServer in the house that I would love to also put in the desk if possible (It is also in a normal desktop case).

My first thought was to just build everything in a rack server and use the rack server as one of the legs on the desk. However, it seems like they really aren't large enough to house everything you'd want in a desktop PC, nor would it have the correct IO ports and such. I'm not against making my own front panel if I have something to start with (an empty, plain drawer).

If I could find large enough blank drawers that I could fit a PC case into?

I essentially want big ass metal drawers that can support weight and I could fit a standard PC case into it (I'll make my own cuts and minor welds or what ever is needed).
