Help with Separate partition on the same drive

When setting up my newly built computer, I found that my secondary hard drive, which is a seagate barracuda 3tb, has 2 separate partitions. I created a new simple volume with the first which is 2tb, but the second won't let me do anything with it. Its still unallocated. Does someone know how to fix this?

MBR can only use up to 2TB.

How many partitions does your primary drive have? If less than 4, it's MBR.

Its 2. So MBR.

In the video, thats exactly how the drive looks on my pc. I'll try it.
