Big Graphics Card Cooler Ceiling?

For the large overclocked GPU cards with large heat sink coolers like the EVGA 980 TI Classified, Kingpin, ASUS 980 Ti Strix and Matrix, what's the minimum case size ceiling (in mm) that you need to for any of them?

Just the height of the card+ a cm or 2 for the motherboard stand offs.

 

Most cases with good airflow will generally be large enough even for those cards, and you generally have to worry more about the length of the card than the height.
