Nexus Mod Manager ISSUE?

So, ive been trying to mod Fallout 4 for quite a while now, and i keep on running into a wall...

 

I've been watching Gophers video on "How to mod Fallout 4" on YouTube, and i've completed all the steps tll when Nexus Mod Manager has to locate Fallout 4, NMM confirms Fallout 4 before i change the "scripts" (Archive, Boot, etc.). As soon as i change it, the game is unplayable and nexus mod manager is unable to confirm Fallout 4 when it was able to confirm it before edits.

 

What could be my problem?

Yeeesss

Close steam, change folder permissions to allow all, run Nexus as admin.
