hi, i just built a computer not long ago however it seems to be booting very fast, too fast. I know i have an ssd and that boot it literally takes a second to load, and my friend said it was on fast boot mode. Is this true? Also if so, how do i switch of? Another thing is that i think my BIOS is in easy mode, how do i sort that out?

thanks in advance.

Why would you want to disable fast boot?

and what about the easy mode when i launch the BIOS?

In you motherboard manual it should tell you how to access advanced mode.

Fast boot as BIOS option isn't enabled by default. So if you want to disable it, easiest way is to reset BIOS settings. This can be done either by pressing Reset CMOS button/switch on mobo (refer to manual) or removing BIOS battery for 15s while power cord is off.

I haven't heard of any Easy Mode. UEFI interface can seem like that but all options are still there. You just need to go into different tabs to find them. Like @Sportiva said, check manual for where to each tab leads.

My asus z97-a has an easy mode. It's basic. There should be an option along the top for advanced mode.

But yeah easy mode uefi bios modes do exist
