FSB overclocking tool for windows (not SetFSB)

I have an old pc that's runing an ancient 5160 Xeon, and I managed to oc it a long time ago with a software I can't find anymore (i just remember the shorcut was blue and the name had something with cpu). My PLL is ICS932S401 and i've allredy tried SetFSB but it does nothing at all (ClockGEN has no support and CPUFSB doesn't even open in win10). Someone knows other software to oc via FSB?
